Its that time of year again! This year's picnic theme says it all as we recover from last years tornado. This year is a great time to come see the work that has been done and nature in recovery. A beautiful sight indeed!
There will be guided tours, experts in the log cabin to discuss artifacts and artwork, a native plant sale, and even special activities just for the kids.
10:00 Event registration and tour information
10:30 - Morning walking and cart tours start
11:30- 1:30 Lunch is served in the Interpretive Center
11:30 - 2:00 Live music at the pavilion.
1:00 - Door prize & Raffle drawing
2:00 - Afternoon walking and cart tours start
Throughout the day the log house museum will be open for you to tour at your leisure. There will be docents on hand to provide you with the history of the house and property.
