Procurement Technicial Assistance Center (PTAC) serves northwest Louisiana to assist businesses located in the 10 northwest parishes with bidding successfully for government contracts.  These contracts can be federal, state, or local, including school boards, parishes, townships, etc.  They range in value from a few hundred dollars to several million dollars.  This program was developed to help small businesses get through all the red-tape, government jargon, and confusion on how to respond to open bids.  One-on-one counseling is offered through this workshop.  No cost to attend, but rsvp is necessary.
