Restore Louisiana Small Business Loan Program Seminar

Tom Watkins is an attorney with the South Central Planning & Development Commission, located in south Louisiana.  Natchitoches has been included as one of their areas.  The CDC does not have the capacity to administer this program so Mr. Watkins will present a seminar on April 27th at 3:00 PM in the City of Natchitoches Council chambers.
