Women's Self-Defense Event

Level Up! Women's Self - Defense Event will take place Saturday, April 8, 2017. Guest presenters Lt. Michael Louviere and Mr. Burke Von will teach self defense and how one should protect themselves in a class free to the public ages 13 and up at the Natchitoches Arts Center.
