School Food Service Substitute Technician
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or its equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Ability to follow food preparation and safety instructions
- Ability to operate large and small kitchen equipment and tools
- Ability to perform all job duties (cooking, sweeping, mopping, liftin up to 40 lbs, etc.)
- Ability to follow directions and work well with others
- Must have knowledge of kitchen equipment and food production procedures
- Ability to perform basic math
